• Partial refunds may be available for course cancellations by Duvijo
• No refunds for completed courses or after certification issuance
• Subscription services may be cancelled with appropriate notice period

All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Duvijo and its content partners. Users receive limited, non-transferable access rights for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

• Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, interruption of business, or educational or career setbacks. This limitation applies whether claims arise in contract, tort, or otherwise.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate access to services with appropriate notice. Duvijo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, academic misconduct, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access to course materials and platform features will cease, though earned certificates remain valid.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

13. Changes to Terms

Duvijo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of modified terms.
